Research Projects

Laborelec is constantly increasing its technical and scientific know-how by means of technical research projects. These research projects fit in a wider scope:
from fundamental research and pure theory via technological research projects they often result in highly specialized industrial services or in industrial routine tasks with a high level of applicability.

Activities from theory to industrial application

R&D investment is primarily in four strategic areas of reseach: the environment, the rational use of energy (RUE), operational efficiency and the quality of energy supply and service. Laborelec is a co-developer of this philosophy, along with colleagues from Electrabel and Tractebel, and has brought its own strategy fully into the line with it. This makes our company a total and enduring reseach partner and the best service-provider for all energy requirements.
